- FREE delivery throughout New Zealand for orders over $89.
- All orders require a signature upon delivery, however, you can log onto NZ Post and select to have your parcel redirected or left without a signature.
- Parcel delivery is Monday to Friday only, with expected delivery within 2 - 5 working days.
- Dangerous goods such as aerosols cannot be delivered to P.O box address and will take 5 - 7 working days for delivery.
- Orders for digital gift cards don't count towards the free shipping threshold

We are happy to exchange your items within 30 days of the date you received your order with proof of purchase at our online store at 290 Dominion Road or contact shop@rodneywayne.com and we will arrange return shipping, providing the items are in their original condition.
If the items are faulty, we will meet our obligations under the Consumer Guarantees Act to provide a remedy.

Gift cards cannot be returned or redeemed for cash. Any unused value on the gift card expires 1 year after date of issue.
Please treat you gift card as cash; it cannot be replaced if lost or stolen.

Items returned that are not in original condition or outside the 30 day timeframe
Unfortunately, with the exception of faulty items, we are unable to accept items returned that are not in their original condition or returned after 30 days of you receiving your item. Our customer services team will contact the purchaser to discuss if you would like the items to be returned to you. Any items returned under these circumstances may incur a cost to get the items to you and we will discuss this with you when our customer services team make contact to return the items to you.
Original condition includes having all tags, packaging, etc returned with the items.
