Starting at the ends of dry or damp hair, gently brush downwards in short strokes to work through tangles. Gradually work your way up towards the roots as the knots release. Avoid pulling forcefully through stubborn tangles and use the protective cover when the brush is not in use.

2. Take the Lust Eco Detangling Brush Coco and hold it firmly in your hand.

3. Begin brushing your hair from the ends, working your way up towards the roots. Use gentle strokes and avoid pulling or tugging on your hair.

4. If you encounter any knots or tangles, use the brush to gently work them out. Start at the bottom of the knot and work your way up, using small strokes to loosen the hair.

5. Continue brushing your hair until it is completely detangled and smooth.

6. To clean the brush, simply rinse it under running water and allow it to air dry.

7. Use the Lust Eco Detangling Brush Coco as often as needed to keep your hair looking and feeling healthy and tangle-free.

We are happy to exchange your items within 30 days of the date you received your order with proof of purchase at our online store at 290 Dominion Road or contact shop@rodneywayne.com and we will arrange return shipping, providing the items are in their original condition. 

If the items are faulty, we will meet our obligations under the Consumer Guarantees Act to provide a remedy. 

Can I return a gift I received? 
You can exchange a gift providing you return it within 30 days of the date you received your item and you have the original receipt or order number.

Can I exchange an item? 
We are happy to exchange your goods within 30 days of you receiving your item, with proof of purchase, providing the goods are in their original condition.

Gift Cards

Gift cards cannot be returned or redeemed for cash. Any unused value on the gift card expires 1 year after date of issue.

Please treat you gift card as cash; it cannot be replaced if lost or stolen.

Items returned that are not in original condition or outside the 30 day timeframe

Unfortunately, with the exception of faulty items, we are unable to accept items returned that are not in their original condition or returned after 30 days of you receiving your item. Our customer services team will contact the purchaser to discuss if you would like the items to be returned to you. Any items returned under these circumstances may incur a cost to get the items to you and we will discuss this with you when our customer services team make contact to return the items to you.

Original condition includes having all tags, packaging, etc returned with the items.
