Schwarzkopf Osis Session Label Salt Spray is a hair styling product that is designed to give your hair a beachy, textured look. The salt spray contains natural sea salt, which helps to create volume and texture in your hair. 1. Start with clean, towel-dried hair.

2. Shake the bottle well before use to ensure that the salt and other ingredients are evenly distributed.

3. Hold the bottle about 20cm away from your head and spray the product onto your hair. Start at the roots and work your way down to the ends.

4. Use your fingers to scrunch and tousle your hair to create texture and waves. You can also twist sections of your hair around your fingers to create more defined waves.

5. Let your hair air dry or use a diffuser attachment on your hair dryer to speed up the process. Avoid using a brush or comb, as this can disrupt the texture you've created.

6. If you want more volume or hold, you can apply more product to your hair once it's dry. Just be careful not to overdo it, as too much salt spray can make your hair feel crunchy and stiff.

• Dangerous goods such as aerosols cannot be delivered to P.O box address and will take 5 - 7 working days for delivery.

We are happy to exchange your items within 30 days of the date you received your order with proof of purchase at our online store at 290 Dominion Road or contact shop@rodneywayne.com and we will arrange return shipping, providing the items are in their original condition. 

If the items are faulty, we will meet our obligations under the Consumer Guarantees Act to provide a remedy. 

Can I return a gift I received? 
You can exchange a gift providing you return it within 30 days of the date you received your item and you have the original receipt or order number.

Can I exchange an item? 
We are happy to exchange your goods within 30 days of you receiving your item, with proof of purchase, providing the goods are in their original condition.

How do I return an item?
Goods bought online can be returned at online store at 290 Dominion Road or contact shop@rodneywayne.com and we will arrange return postage. 

Gift Cards

Gift cards cannot be returned or redeemed for cash. Any unused value on the gift card expires 1 year after date of issue.

Please treat you gift card as cash; it cannot be replaced if lost or stolen.

If you purchased a Gift Card on-line and it has not arrived, please contact the Rodney Wayne support team on shop@rodneywayne.com.

Items returned that are not in original condition or outside the 30 day timeframe

Unfortunately, with the exception of faulty items, we are unable to accept items returned that are not in their original condition or returned after 30 days of you receiving your item. Our customer services team will contact the purchaser to discuss if you would like the items to be returned to you. Any items returned under these circumstances may incur a cost to get the items to you and we will discuss this with you when our customer services team make contact to return the items to you.

Original condition includes having all tags, packaging, etc returned with the items.
