This miracle hair mask can be used as an overnight conditioner to treat very dry, brittle or damaged hair, (especially from bleaching & colouring) and as an intensive anti-frizz treatment. Hydrolyzed Elastin ensures your hair breaks less, by providing stretch and strength, while Castor Oil and Olive Oil rehydrate your hair to make it look shiny and healthy. It is the elasticity hair treatment that gives you the feel-good factor, even after one wash.

1. Apply before shampooing.
2. Dampen your hair with water and liberally apply Elasticizer in sections to your mid-lengths and ends.
3. Cover your hair with a shower cap or your best cosy towel.
4. Leave for a minimum of 20 minutes - The heat created helps open your hair’s cuticles so they can properly absorb the nutrients. There’s no maximum time — you can even sleep with it on!5. Rinse thoroughly then shampoo and condition as normal (those with fine hair should shampoo twice). Suitable for use on coloured hair.

NOTE: Do not use Elasticizer 72 hours before or after dying your hair, as it may affect how the colour takes during this period only.

We are happy to exchange your items within 30 days of the date you received your order with proof of purchase at our online store at 290 Dominion Road or contact shop@rodneywayne.com and we will arrange return shipping, providing the items are in their original condition. 

If the items are faulty, we will meet our obligations under the Consumer Guarantees Act to provide a remedy. 

Can I return a gift I received? 
You can exchange a gift providing you return it within 30 days of the date you received your item and you have the original receipt or order number.

Can I exchange an item? 
We are happy to exchange your goods within 30 days of you receiving your item, with proof of purchase, providing the goods are in their original condition.

Gift Cards

Gift cards cannot be returned or redeemed for cash. Any unused value on the gift card expires 1 year after date of issue.

Please treat you gift card as cash; it cannot be replaced if lost or stolen.

Items returned that are not in original condition or outside the 30 day timeframe

Unfortunately, with the exception of faulty items, we are unable to accept items returned that are not in their original condition or returned after 30 days of you receiving your item. Our customer services team will contact the purchaser to discuss if you would like the items to be returned to you. Any items returned under these circumstances may incur a cost to get the items to you and we will discuss this with you when our customer services team make contact to return the items to you.

Original condition includes having all tags, packaging, etc returned with the items.
