With Paul Mitchell Twirl Around Curl Definer, you can achieve beautiful, defined curls that last all day long.

1. Start with clean, damp hair.
2. Take a small amount of Paul Mitchell Twirl Around Curl Definer, about the size of a quarter, and rub it between your palms to warm it up.
3. Apply the product evenly throughout your hair, focusing on the ends and mid-lengths.
4. Use your fingers to scrunch your hair and encourage curl formation.
5. If you have particularly unruly or frizzy hair, you can use a diffuser attachment on your hair dryer to dry your hair while scrunching it.
6. Once your hair is dry, you can use your fingers to gently separate and fluff your curls for a more natural look.
7. For best results, avoid touching your hair too much throughout the day to prevent frizz.

Note: As a general rule, it's always better to start with a small amount of product and add more as needed. You can always add more, but it's difficult to remove excess product once it's been applied.

We are happy to exchange your items within 30 days of the date you received your order with proof of purchase at our online store at 290 Dominion Road or contact shop@rodneywayne.com and we will arrange return shipping, providing the items are in their original condition. 

If the items are faulty, we will meet our obligations under the Consumer Guarantees Act to provide a remedy. 

Can I return a gift I received? 
You can exchange a gift providing you return it within 30 days of the date you received your item and you have the original receipt or order number.

Can I exchange an item? 
We are happy to exchange your goods within 30 days of you receiving your item, with proof of purchase, providing the goods are in their original condition.

How do I return an item?

Gift Cards

Gift cards cannot be returned or redeemed for cash. Any unused value on the gift card expires 1 year after date of issue.

Please treat you gift card as cash; it cannot be replaced if lost or stolen.

If you purchased a Gift Card on-line and it has not arrived, please contact the Rodney Wayne support team on shop@rodneywayne.com.

Items returned that are not in original condition or outside the 30 day timeframe

Unfortunately, with the exception of faulty items, we are unable to accept items returned that are not in their original condition or returned after 30 days of you receiving your item. Our customer services team will contact the purchaser to discuss if you would like the items to be returned to you. Any items returned under these circumstances may incur a cost to get the items to you and we will discuss this with you when our customer services team make contact to return the items to you.

Original condition includes having all tags, packaging, etc returned with the items.
