ORI Lab is designed for a luxurious treatment experience. Place a generous amount onto clean, damp hair; leave in for one to two minutes. Gently detangle, and rinse well. For a deeper soak, bathe hair with a generous amount, saturating from roots to ends. To allow the rich formula to absorb into hair and scalp, wrap hair in a warm towel and leave in for 15 to 30 minutes, or longer. Gently detangle and rinse well, leaving only a trace for the ends. Rescue Masque can be used as a leave-in crème for strong or curly hair textures.

We are happy to exchange your items within 30 days of the date you received your order with proof of purchase at our online store at 290 Dominion Road or contact shop@rodneywayne.com and we will arrange return shipping, providing the items are in their original condition. 

If the items are faulty, we will meet our obligations under the Consumer Guarantees Act to provide a remedy. 

Can I return a gift I received? 
You can exchange a gift providing you return it within 30 days of the date you received your item and you have the original receipt or order number.

We are happy to exchange your goods within 30 days of you receiving your item, with proof of purchase, providing the goods are in their original condition.

Gift Cards

Gift cards cannot be returned or redeemed for cash. Any unused value on the gift card expires 1 year after date of issue.

Please treat you gift card as cash; it cannot be replaced if lost or stolen.

Items returned that are not in original condition or outside the 30 day timeframe

Unfortunately, with the exception of faulty items, we are unable to accept items returned that are not in their original condition or returned after 30 days of you receiving your item. Our customer services team will contact the purchaser to discuss if you would like the items to be returned to you. Any items returned under these circumstances may incur a cost to get the items to you and we will discuss this with you when our customer services team make contact to return the items to you.

Original condition includes having all tags, packaging, etc returned with the items.
