We love the Auto Curl Tong because it takes all the guesswork out of curling your hair. Simply place a section of hair into the tong, press the button, and let the rotating barrel do the work. The result is smooth, bouncy curls that look professionally styled without the usual effort or frustration. The ionic ceramic technology helps reduce frizz while boosting shine, and the built-in anti-tangle system gives added peace of mind by automatically stopping if too much hair is inserted. It's perfect for creating beautiful curls quickly, even if you've never used a curling tool before.

Start with clean, dry, tangle-free hair and apply a heat protectant. Divide your hair into small sections. Hold the tong with the "This Side Towards Head" label facing your head, place a section of hair into the chamber near the roots, and press the left or right rotation button to wrap the hair automatically. Hold until you hear the three beeps (approximately 8 seconds), then gently release the curl. Repeat throughout the hair, alternating curl directions for a more natural finish. Allow curls to cool before brushing or styling.

• All orders require a signature upon delivery, however, you can log onto NZ Post and select to have your parcel redirected or left without a signature.

• Dangerous goods such as aerosols cannot be delivered to P.O box address and will take 5 - 7 working days for delivery.

We are happy to exchange your items within 30 days of the date you received your order with proof of purchase at our online store at 290 Dominion Road or contact shop@rodneywayne.com and we will arrange return shipping, providing the items are in their original condition. 

If the items are faulty, we will meet our obligations under the Consumer Guarantees Act to provide a remedy. 

Can I return a gift I received? 
You can exchange a gift providing you return it within 30 days of the date you received your item and you have the original receipt or order number.

Can I exchange an item? 
We are happy to exchange your goods within 30 days of you receiving your item, with proof of purchase, providing the goods are in their original condition.

How do I return an item?
Goods bought online can be returned at online store at 290 Dominion Road or contact shop@rodneywayne.com and we will arrange return postage. 

Gift Cards

Gift cards cannot be returned or redeemed for cash. Any unused value on the gift card expires 1 year after date of issue.

Please treat you gift card as cash; it cannot be replaced if lost or stolen.

If you purchased a Gift Card on-line and it has not arrived, please contact the Rodney Wayne support team on shop@rodneywayne.com.

Items returned that are not in original condition or outside the 30 day timeframe

Unfortunately, with the exception of faulty items, we are unable to accept items returned that are not in their original condition or returned after 30 days of you receiving your item. Our customer services team will contact the purchaser to discuss if you would like the items to be returned to you. Any items returned under these circumstances may incur a cost to get the items to you and we will discuss this with you when our customer services team make contact to return the items to you.

Original condition includes having all tags, packaging, etc returned with the items.
