1. Start by washing your hair with a gentle shampoo, preferably one that is designed for blonde hair. Rinse your hair thoroughly with warm water.

2. Squeeze a small amount of Kms Colorvitality Blonde Conditioner into your palm. The amount you use will depend on the length and thickness of your hair, but a good rule of thumb is to use about a quarter-sized amount for shoulder-length hair.

3. Apply the conditioner to your hair, focusing on the mid-lengths and ends. Avoid applying the conditioner to your scalp, as this can weigh down your hair and make it look greasy.

4. Use your fingers or a wide-toothed comb to distribute the conditioner evenly through your hair. Make sure that every strand is coated with the conditioner.

5. Leave the conditioner on your hair for 2-3 minutes, or longer if your hair is particularly dry or damaged. This will give the conditioner time to penetrate the hair shaft and nourish your hair.

6. Rinse your hair thoroughly with warm water, making sure to remove all traces of the conditioner. If you have particularly dry or damaged hair, you may want to rinse with cool water to help seal the hair cuticle and lock in moisture.

We are happy to exchange your items within 30 days of the date you received your order with proof of purchase at our online store at 290 Dominion Road or contact shop@rodneywayne.com and we will arrange return shipping, providing the items are in their original condition. 

If the items are faulty, we will meet our obligations under the Consumer Guarantees Act to provide a remedy. 

Can I return a gift I received? 
You can exchange a gift providing you return it within 30 days of the date you received your item and you have the original receipt or order number.

Can I exchange an item? 
We are happy to exchange your goods within 30 days of you receiving your item, with proof of purchase, providing the goods are in their original condition.

Gift Cards

Gift cards cannot be returned or redeemed for cash. Any unused value on the gift card expires 1 year after date of issue.

Please treat you gift card as cash; it cannot be replaced if lost or stolen.

If you purchased a Gift Card on-line and it has not arrived, please contact the Rodney Wayne support team on shop@rodneywayne.com.

Items returned that are not in original condition or outside the 30 day timeframe

Unfortunately, with the exception of faulty items, we are unable to accept items returned that are not in their original condition or returned after 30 days of you receiving your item. Our customer services team will contact the purchaser to discuss if you would like the items to be returned to you. Any items returned under these circumstances may incur a cost to get the items to you and we will discuss this with you when our customer services team make contact to return the items to you.

Original condition includes having all tags, packaging, etc returned with the items.
