- Bromelain is an enzyme from the Pineapple that has the ability to penetrate the hair and provide targeted nutrition without weighing the hair down.

- Another powerful enzyme, Papain is from the Papaya, and is known to help unlock and boost the potency of other ingredients that work to bind moisture and improve hair’s overall elasticity.

- A superfood rich in Amino Acids, Green Pea Protein delivers intense hydration to help nourish and replenish the hair.

- Richly conditioning and moisturising, Silk Amino Acids help to improve hydration and draw in moisture for hair that appears more flexible, manageable and softer.

- Packed with an abundance of antioxidant and vitamin goodness, Bamboo Extract is also a rich source of mineral nourishment and a key ingredient to help protect the integrity of hair health. Adds a natural-looking shine and lustre to the hair.

All Rodney Wayne Shampoo N Things stock only genuine haircare products, from reputable and globally renowned brands. 

Online order:

  • FREE delivery throughout New Zealand for orders over $89. 
  • All orders require a signature upon delivery, however, you can log onto NZ Post and select to have your parcel redirected or left without a signature.
  • Parcel delivery is Monday to Friday only, with expected delivery within 2 - 5 working days.
  • Dangerous goods such as aerosols cannot be delivered to P.O box address and will take 5 - 7 working days for delivery.
  • Orders for digital gift cards don't count towards the free shipping threshold

Please choose carefully as we do not refund unless your items are faulty If you purchased at one of our physical stores please contact the store directly you can find contact details here

We are happy to exchange your items within 30 days of the date you received your order with proof of purchase at our online store at 290 Dominion Road or contact shop@rodneywayne.com and we will arrange return shipping, providing the items are in their original condition. 

If the items are faulty, we will meet our obligations under the Consumer Guarantees Act to provide a remedy. 

Can I return a gift I received? 
You can exchange a gift providing you return it within 30 days of the date you received your item and you have the original receipt or order number.

Can I exchange an item? 
We are happy to exchange your goods within 30 days of you receiving your item, with proof of purchase, providing the goods are in their original condition.

How do I return an item?
Goods bought online can be returned at online store at 290 Dominion Road or contact shop@rodneywayne.com and we will arrange return postage. 

Gift Cards

Gift cards cannot be returned or redeemed for cash. Any unused value on the gift card expires 1 year after date of issue.

Please treat you gift card as cash; it cannot be replaced if lost or stolen.

If you purchased a Gift Card on-line and it has not arrived, please contact the Rodney Wayne support team on shop@rodneywayne.com.

Items returned that are not in original condition or outside the 30 day timeframe

Unfortunately, with the exception of faulty items, we are unable to accept items returned that are not in their original condition or returned after 30 days of you receiving your item. Our customer services team will contact the purchaser to discuss if you would like the items to be returned to you. Any items returned under these circumstances may incur a cost to get the items to you and we will discuss this with you when our customer services team make contact to return the items to you.

Original condition includes having all tags, packaging, etc returned with the items.
