1. Start by washing your hair with a shampoo of your choice. Rinse your hair thoroughly with water.

2. Take a small amount of De Lorenzo Instant Accentu8 Conditioner in your palm. The amount of conditioner you need will depend on the length and thickness of your hair. For short hair, you may need a 50c coin-sized amount, while for longer hair, you may need a golf ball-sized amount.

3. Apply the conditioner to your hair, starting from the mid-lengths to the ends. Avoid applying the conditioner to your scalp as it can make your hair look greasy.

4. Massage the conditioner into your hair gently, making sure that every strand is coated with the product.

5. Leave the conditioner on your hair for 2-3 minutes. This will allow the product to penetrate your hair and provide deep conditioning.

6. Rinse your hair thoroughly with water until all the conditioner is washed out.

7. Towel-dry your hair gently and style as desired.

We are happy to exchange your items within 30 days of the date you received your order with proof of purchase at our online store at 290 Dominion Road or contact shop@rodneywayne.com and we will arrange return shipping, providing the items are in their original condition. 

If the items are faulty, we will meet our obligations under the Consumer Guarantees Act to provide a remedy. 

Can I return a gift I received? 
You can exchange a gift providing you return it within 30 days of the date you received your item and you have the original receipt or order number.

Can I exchange an item? 
We are happy to exchange your goods within 30 days of you receiving your item, with proof of purchase, providing the goods are in their original condition.

How do I return an item?

Gift Cards

Gift cards cannot be returned or redeemed for cash. Any unused value on the gift card expires 1 year after date of issue.

Please treat you gift card as cash; it cannot be replaced if lost or stolen.

If you purchased a Gift Card on-line and it has not arrived, please contact the Rodney Wayne support team on shop@rodneywayne.com.

Items returned that are not in original condition or outside the 30 day timeframe

Unfortunately, with the exception of faulty items, we are unable to accept items returned that are not in their original condition or returned after 30 days of you receiving your item. Our customer services team will contact the purchaser to discuss if you would like the items to be returned to you. Any items returned under these circumstances may incur a cost to get the items to you and we will discuss this with you when our customer services team make contact to return the items to you.

Original condition includes having all tags, packaging, etc returned with the items.
