1. Start with clean, towel-dried hair. Make sure your hair is completely dry before applying the molding clay.

2. Take a small amount of the molding clay, about the size of a dime, and rub it between your palms to warm it up.

3. Apply the molding clay to your hair, starting at the roots and working your way to the ends. Use your fingers to work the product through your hair, making sure to distribute it evenly.

4. Style your hair as desired. You can use a comb or your fingers to create your desired look.

5. If you need more hold, you can apply more molding clay. However, be careful not to use too much, as this can make your hair look greasy and weighed down.

6. To remove the product, simply wash your hair with shampoo and water.

We are happy to exchange your items within 30 days of the date you received your order with proof of purchase at our online store at 290 Dominion Road or contact shop@rodneywayne.com and we will arrange return shipping, providing the items are in their original condition. 

If the items are faulty, we will meet our obligations under the Consumer Guarantees Act to provide a remedy. 

Can I return a gift I received? 
You can exchange a gift providing you return it within 30 days of the date you received your item and you have the original receipt or order number.

Can I exchange an item? 
We are happy to exchange your goods within 30 days of you receiving your item, with proof of purchase, providing the goods are in their original condition.

Gift Cards

Gift cards cannot be returned or redeemed for cash. Any unused value on the gift card expires 1 year after date of issue.

Please treat you gift card as cash; it cannot be replaced if lost or stolen.

Items returned that are not in original condition or outside the 30 day timeframe

Unfortunately, with the exception of faulty items, we are unable to accept items returned that are not in their original condition or returned after 30 days of you receiving your item. Our customer services team will contact the purchaser to discuss if you would like the items to be returned to you. Any items returned under these circumstances may incur a cost to get the items to you and we will discuss this with you when our customer services team make contact to return the items to you.

Original condition includes having all tags, packaging, etc returned with the items.
