1. Start with clean, towel-dried hair. Make sure your hair is completely dry before applying the product.

2. Take a small amount of American Crew Matte Clay, about the size of a dime, and rub it between your palms to warm it up.

3. Apply the product evenly throughout your hair, starting at the roots and working your way to the tips. Use your fingers to style your hair as desired.

4. For a stronger hold, apply more product as needed. However, be careful not to use too much, as it can make your hair look greasy or weighed down.

5. Once you've achieved your desired style, let the product dry completely before touching your hair. This will help the product set and hold your style in place.

6. To remove the product, simply wash your hair with shampoo and warm water.

We are happy to exchange your items within 30 days of the date you received your order with proof of purchase at our online store at 290 Dominion Road or contact shop@rodneywayne.com and we will arrange return shipping, providing the items are in their original condition. 

If the items are faulty, we will meet our obligations under the Consumer Guarantees Act to provide a remedy. 

Can I return a gift I received? 
You can exchange a gift providing you return it within 30 days of the date you received your item and you have the original receipt or order number.

Can I exchange an item? 
We are happy to exchange your goods within 30 days of you receiving your item, with proof of purchase, providing the goods are in their original condition.

How do I return an item?

Gift Cards

Gift cards cannot be returned or redeemed for cash. Any unused value on the gift card expires 1 year after date of issue.

Please treat you gift card as cash; it cannot be replaced if lost or stolen.

Items returned that are not in original condition or outside the 30 day timeframe

Unfortunately, with the exception of faulty items, we are unable to accept items returned that are not in their original condition or returned after 30 days of you receiving your item. Our customer services team will contact the purchaser to discuss if you would like the items to be returned to you. Any items returned under these circumstances may incur a cost to get the items to you and we will discuss this with you when our customer services team make contact to return the items to you.

Original condition includes having all tags, packaging, etc returned with the items.
