1. Start with clean, towel-dried hair.

2. Shake the bottle of American Crew Alternator well before use.

3. Dispense a small amount of product into your palm. For short hair, use a dime-sized amount. For longer hair, use a quarter-sized amount.

4. Rub your hands together to evenly distribute the product.

5. Apply the product to your hair, starting at the roots and working your way to the ends.

6. Style your hair as desired using your fingers or a comb.

7. For a stronger hold, apply more product as needed.

8. To reactivate the product throughout the day, simply run your fingers through your hair.

9. To remove the product, wash your hair with shampoo and warm water.

10. Store the bottle in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight."

We are happy to exchange your items within 30 days of the date you received your order with proof of purchase at our online store at 290 Dominion Road or contact shop@rodneywayne.com and we will arrange return shipping, providing the items are in their original condition. 

If the items are faulty, we will meet our obligations under the Consumer Guarantees Act to provide a remedy. 

Can I return a gift I received? 
You can exchange a gift providing you return it within 30 days of the date you received your item and you have the original receipt or order number.

Can I exchange an item? 
We are happy to exchange your goods within 30 days of you receiving your item, with proof of purchase, providing the goods are in their original condition.

How do I return an item?

Gift Cards

Gift cards cannot be returned or redeemed for cash. Any unused value on the gift card expires 1 year after date of issue.

Please treat you gift card as cash; it cannot be replaced if lost or stolen.

If you purchased a Gift Card on-line and it has not arrived, please contact the Rodney Wayne support team on shop@rodneywayne.com.

Items returned that are not in original condition or outside the 30 day timeframe

Unfortunately, with the exception of faulty items, we are unable to accept items returned that are not in their original condition or returned after 30 days of you receiving your item. Our customer services team will contact the purchaser to discuss if you would like the items to be returned to you. Any items returned under these circumstances may incur a cost to get the items to you and we will discuss this with you when our customer services team make contact to return the items to you.

Original condition includes having all tags, packaging, etc returned with the items.
